So technology and delivery leaders can decide without a sales maze. If the rate ever changes, existing conversations keep the number we quoted.

Is this per seat or per team?

Neither. It’s one fee for one Diagnostic on one delivery system (a program, portfolio, or org unit we agree up front).

What if we’re not a fit?

We’ll say so on the call. You still leave with clarity — we don’t invent a multi-week engagement to justify the fee.
